We trust that you will take the time to unwind, relax and enjoy this extraordinary part of the world from the comfort of our family owned piece of paradise.

To assist you with making your time with us as comfortable and memorable as possible we have prepared some basic information about Glen Villa, our amenities and the surrounding area for your easy reference.

In addition to the overview below please remember that as a guest our entire team is here to help so please do not hesitate to call 02 6685 7382 if we can be of assistance during your stay.

RECEPTION HOURS 

The Glen Villa Reception operates the following hours:

Monday -       7:30am - 8pm

Tuesday -       7:30am - 8pm

Wednesday - 7:30am - 8pm

Thursday -     7:30am - 8pm

Friday -          7:30am - 9pm

Saturday -      7:30am - 9pm

Sunday  -       7:30am - 8pm

 

AFTER HOURS
Outside of the above hours please press the "night bell" outside reception for assistance in the case of an emergency

GUEST CHECK-OUT 

Check-out time is before 10am daily. If you require luggage storage post check-out please contact reception. An express check-out box is affixed to the Reception wall - please deposit your keys in the box on departure

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool is free to be enjoyed by all guests between 8am - 8pm daily. Children under 15 years of age must be supervised at all times and please do not take any alcohol or glassware into the pool area.

RUBBISH

Your accommodation room is equipped a rubbish bin for your convenience. If you wish to dispose of excess bottles or large items please use the red or yellow lid council waste bins in the communal area or any of the smaller green wheelie bins around the Resort

LOST PROPERTY

Any items left in the room or in the communal areas on departure will be logged and kept in our lost property box for14 days before being donated to a local charity. Please contact Reception if you believe that you have misplaced something during your stay

CLEANING AND DAMAGE

Damage, breakages and items missing after departure are your responsibility.

Please leave this room in a tidy manner and be sure to wash, dry and replace all glassware and dishes in the appropriate cupboard or drawer. All rubbish must be removed on your departure or additional cleaning fees will be charged

CONDITIONS OF STAY

It is a condition of stay at Glen Villa Resort that you do not smoke in your accommodation room - a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to your account if you smoke in the room during your stay

Strictly 2 people maximum per cabin or campsite

No pets are allowed at Glen Villa and we ask for limited noise after 10pm each evening - a security callout fee of $200 will be charged to your account if a Manager or Security team member are required to attend to your room due to excessive noise after hours

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE

In case of an emergency, please contact our Reception team then leave your room, closing the door behind you and make your way to the Butler street resort entrance

There is an emergency evacuation plan on the Resort map given to you on check-in for easy reference

ROOM SERVICING AND TOWELS

Rooms will be refreshed, including change of towels and linen each 7 nights - if you wish to have your room serviced more frequently this can be done with advance notice for an additional charge of $30 per room

Fresh bath towels and beach towels are available from Reception on request

INTERNET

Wi-Fi internet is free for use during your stay:

PARKING

On-site parking is available for 1 car per Cabin, Hut, Cottage and Villa. Additional parking is available on request

The Resort can be accessed after hours by using the black usb style key given to you on check-in

VISITORS

All visitors must report to Reception to sign in prior to entering the Resort. Visitors should remain in the resort for a maximum of 2 hours and must sign out and leave the Resort before 8pm

TELEVISION

This room features a TV equipped with all free to air digital channels available in the area as well as HDMI and USB ports for multimedia connection.

AIR CONDITIONING

This room is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning - the remote can be found on the bench underneath the TV

WILDLIFE

Glen Villa is fortunate to be a haven for native wildlife, feel free to immerse yourself in nature during your stay but please do not feed native birds or animals

Please also respect the natural habitat and the privacy of other guests by using the designated footpaths throughout the Resort rather than taking shortcuts through campsites or Cabin surrounds
