We trust that you will take the time to unwind, relax and enjoy this extraordinary part of the world from the comfort of our family owned and unapologetically retro beachfront Motel.

To assist you with making your time with us as comfortable and memorable as possible we have prepared some basic information about Bay Motel, our amenities and the surrounding area for your easy reference.

RECEPTION HOURS 

The Bay Motel Reception operates the following hours:

Monday -       11am - 6pm

Tuesday -       11am - 6pm

Wednesday - 11am - 6pm

Thursday -     11am - 6pm

Friday -          11am - 8pm

Saturday -      11am - 8pm

Sunday  -       11am - 6pm

 

AFTER HOURS
Outside of the above hours please call 02 6685 6121 or 0484 607 333 for assistance

GUEST CHECK-OUT 

Check-out time is before 10am daily. If you require luggage storage post check-out please contact reception. An express check-out box is affixed to the Reception door - please deposit your keys in the box on departure

RUBBISH

Your accommodation room is equipped with rubbish bins in the kitchenette and the bathroom for your convenience. If you wish to dispose of excess bottles or large items please use the red or yellow lid council waste bins alongside the Motel driveway

LOST PROPERTY

Any items left in the room on departure will be logged and kept in our lost property drawer for 14 days before being donated to a local charity. Please contact Reception if you believe that you have misplaced something in your room

CONDITIONS OF STAY

It is a condition of stay at Bay Motel that you do not smoke in your accommodation room or on the Motel balcony - a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to your account if you smoke in the room during your stay

No pets are allowed at Bay Motel and we ask for limited noise after 10pm each evening

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE

In case of an emergency, please contact our Reception team then leave your room, closing the door behind you and use the stairs to reach the nearest exit. 

There is an emergency evacuation plan on the back of your room door for easy reference.

ROOM SERVICING AND TOWELS

Rooms will be refreshed, including change of towels and linen each 7 nights - if you wish to have your room serviced more frequently this can be done with advance notice for an additional charge of $30 per room

Fresh bath towels and beach towels are available from Reception on request

INTERNET

Hi-speed Wifi internet is free for use during your stay:

PARKING

Unallocated on-site parking is available for 1 car per accommodation room. Additional parking is available on Bay St adjacent to the Motel and is subject to local council signed fees and time limits.

The on-site car park can be accessed after hours by using the small silver key given to you on check-in in the outside of the rear entry from Bay Lane

TELEVISION

This room features a smart TV equipped with all free to air digital channels available in the area as well as HDMI and USB ports for multimedia connection.

Subscription services including Netflix, Stan, Kayo and YouTube are also easily accessible using the fast keys on the remote - simply login using your own account credentials and stream away... be sure to logout of each platform on departure

AIR CONDITIONING

This room is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning - the remote can be found on the bench underneath the TV

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards for a future stay or sharing Bay Motel with a friend can be purchased in the Bay Motel online store - www.baymotel.com.au/store
